Aston Martin — PPF & wrap at the JustCars studio in Almancil.
Paint protection film on the headlights of an Aston Martin, fitted by hand in our Almancil studio. On a car at this level the headlights are intricate LED units — costly to replace and fully exposed to stone chips and the Algarve sun. Ceramic and lacquer add gloss, but only film absorbs an impact: we lay pre-cut STEK paint protection film over the cleaned lens, so the beam stays optically clear, the surface self-heals light marks, and the UV that yellows unprotected polycarbonate meets the film instead of the lens. Headlight PPF is €125 per headlight, €250 for the pair. This one I did start to finish, in our own booth. — Oleg Zugravyy, JustCars

When you commit to a large paint protection film or wrap project, a year of aftercare membership can come included — because protection only holds if it is maintained.
PPF is tough TPU film that absorbs stone chips; vinyl wrap is thinner PVC made mainly for colour, and knowing the difference matters before you book.
A convertible has two surfaces with two very different needs, and paint protection film only solves one of them.
