RestorFX regenerates the clear coat rather than replacing paint. The Polymimetic chemistry bonds into the existing clear layer, filling fine scratches, swirl marks and the dull, hazy look that oxidation leaves behind, then adds around ten microns of fresh clear coat on top. Your original colour stays exactly as it was — there is no respray, no colour match to worry about, and no disassembly of panels. What you get back is the depth and clarity the finish had before the sun and the years worked on it.

RestorFX works when the clear coat is still present and the problem is surface-level: oxidation, UV hazing, swirl marks and light scratching. It is a strong fit for a five- or eight-year-old car that has aged faster than it should. Where the clear coat is peeling, the base coat is exposed, or there is corrosion underneath, restoration is not the answer and we will say so plainly.
