RestorFX is a certified clear-coat restoration process. Instead of stripping and repainting a panel, it reworks and re-establishes the car's existing clear coat — the transparent top layer that carries the gloss and protects the colour beneath. On paint that has gone dull, chalky or oxidised from years of Algarve sun, RestorFX restores optical depth and gloss without a respray.
The distinction matters. A respray means masking, colour matching, spray-booth time and a new layer of paint that a trained eye can often detect at the panel edges. RestorFX works with the factory finish that is already on the car, which keeps the original paint — a point that matters for value, for originality, and on many cars for keeping the factory finish intact.
It is not a wax, a glaze or a filler that hides marks for a few weeks. It is a restoration of the clear coat itself, carried out to a certified process and standard.
