Quinta do Lago roads are fast and trafficked. Stone chips on approach routes, Atlantic salt in the air, and intense Algarve UV combine to work against unprotected paint. STEK-certified PPF fitted at our Almancil studio — five to ten minutes from the estate gates.
Quinta do Lago is one of Europe's most recognised private estates. The cars parked here — Ferraris, Porsches, Lamborghinis, Range Rovers — represent serious financial and emotional investment. But the roads connecting the estate to Faro Airport and the N125 carry heavy traffic, and the surface conditions throw up stone chips and abrasive debris, particularly near motorway exits and roundabouts.
Paint protection film is a physical answer to a physical problem. A clear self-healing film — typically 150–200 microns thick — absorbs stone impact and abrasion so the paint underneath remains untouched. STEK DYNOshield and equivalent premium materials are what our certified team installs. Self-healing means light surface marring from brushes and car washes disappears with heat — the Algarve sun does the work.
Salt air from the Atlantic adds another layer of degradation. Exposed clear coat oxidises faster near the coast. PPF creates a barrier between the paint and the environment.

“The Ferraris and Range Rovers I film in Quinta do Lago rarely have a mark on them yet — that's the point. Protect the nose before the first roundabout chip happens, not after; self-healing film only earns its name once, and I'd rather it never had to.”
Bumper, partial bonnet, mirrors — the gravel line covered where the roads hit first.
Full front filmed and the rest of the car ceramic-coated — one protection logic for the whole body.
Every painted panel wrapped, edges tucked. Priced per model after inspection; headlight PPF available.
Final scope and price are confirmed at inspection — these are honest public anchors, not teaser rates.

Our Almancil studio is on Estrada de Vale do Lobo — a short drive from the Quinta do Lago estate gates. Every PPF job starts with a car inspection: we read the paint condition, confirm surface preparation needs, and recommend the right coverage for the car and the budget.
Full-body PPF covers every painted panel — maximum protection, from €6,000 depending on make and model. Front and partial PPF focuses on the highest-risk zones (bumper, bonnet, wings, mirrors) — selected partial protection starts from €1,500, while front PPF combined with ceramic coating for the rest starts from around €2,500. Headlight PPF protects LED, Matrix and Laser headlights from chips and UV that ceramic cannot stop.
We decontaminate and prep the paint before application, wrap edges cleanly, and confirm the aftercare plan on handover. Price is fixed only after we inspect the car and choose the material — we do not quote blind.
PPF on a full vehicle typically takes one to two weeks, and the car stays securely at the studio for the duration of the project. For Quinta do Lago owners we also collect and deliver free within 15 km — leave the car before a trip and collect a finished, protected car on return.
Yes — JustCars is STEK-certified, with the protection studio on Estrada de Vale do Lobo, five to ten minutes from the estate gates. The certificates are physical documents shown on request, not just a line on a website.
Yes, if the car ever leaves the gates: the roads to Faro Airport and the N125 carry stone chips regardless of how little the car is driven, and salt air works on exposed paint even while it's parked. A front package from €1,500 covers the zones that take the impact.
Yes, free within 15 km — Quinta do Lago sits well inside that radius of our Almancil studio. For a full-body project the car spends one to two weeks in the closed, insured studio and is returned to you protected.
PPF starts with an inspection. Send us a message on WhatsApp with the car details and we will confirm the right route and a fixed price.
