Do I need PPF, ceramic coating or a wrap?
PPF is a thick protective film for stone chips and abrasion. Ceramic coating improves gloss, washing and chemical resistance, but it does not stop stone chips. A wrap changes the colour or finish and is mainly cosmetic unless it is a coloured protective film.
Can I book ceramic, PPF or paint correction directly online?
These services start with an inspection request. The team needs to see the car, paint condition, material choice and workshop capacity before confirming the final scope, date and price.
Which services can be requested online quickly?
Wash and inspection visits can be requested online. For larger work, the online request is used to collect the car, contact details and preferred time so the team can confirm the right next step.
Where is the work done?
JustCars operates in Almancil and Loulé. Some detailing and protection routes are handled in Almancil, while workshop, Auto-Service and RestorFX-related routes may use Loulé. The team confirms the correct branch for the service.
Can JustCars give a final price without seeing the car?
For many services, no. Paint condition, panel size, previous repairs, existing film, trim condition and material choice can change the scope. Public prices are guidance unless the team confirms a final quote.
What are the normal arrival hours?
Normal public arrival hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00. Sunday, out-of-hours and home/off-site requests are special paid exceptions confirmed by the team.
Can I send photos before visiting?
Yes. WhatsApp with photos is usually the best route for quotes and technical questions. Photos help the team prepare, but final scope is still confirmed after inspection where needed.
Does ceramic coating protect headlights or paint from stone chips?
No. Ceramic is a thin coating for finish, water behaviour and easier cleaning. Headlights and paint that need impact protection should be assessed for PPF.
