My workshop rule: diagnose before you replace, test before you refill. An A/C system gets a full diagnostic before any recharge — leaks, electrics, compressor — because gassing up a leaking system is selling the same repair twice. The same test-first logic runs through everything we touch.
We fit genuine parts, not margin-protectors: the correct battery spec, the right A/C gas, brand-name head units, OEM or OEM-quality parts — confirmed with you before we order. Where a job honestly doesn't need the most expensive option, we'll tell you.

Every service carries the 1-year warranty required by Portuguese law — it covers our work. On top come the manufacturer terms where they genuinely exist: STEK film — a 10-year material warranty; parts — their maker's warranty. We confirm the exact cover in writing before we start; your invoice itself stands as your guarantee, and a formal certificate is drawn up by contract on request.

Three weeks later the gas is gone and you pay again. Our sequence is diagnostic first: find the leak, verify the electrics with proper diagnostic equipment, confirm the compressor, and only then recharge — the station itself tests the system before filling. It costs more than a blind top-up because it is a different product.
The same discipline covers batteries and electronics: we test the battery and check the alternator before replacing anything, fit the correct battery rather than the available one, and register the new battery in the car's electronics where the manufacturer requires it — BMW, Mercedes and others — on request. CarPlay and Android Auto we install in any configuration the car allows.
And the honest boundary that defines a good workshop: heavily oiled engines go to our specialist partner with the lift, hot-water equipment and dedicated chemistry — we do the cosmetic engine-bay work by hand, plastics cleaned, electronics never soaked.
