Any code reader can tell you a lambda sensor is unhappy. What it cannot tell you is why: a genuinely dead sensor, a leaking exhaust joint upstream, wiring chafed under a heat shield, or a mixture problem three systems away. Replacing the part the code names is how the same light comes back two weeks later with a lighter wallet. Our diagnosis starts where the code stops — tracing the cause before anything is ordered.

And no battery is replaced on symptoms alone: it is measured, the charging system checked, and modern cars get the new battery coded to the vehicle so the energy management actually knows about it.
